Description

Municipality of Khelvachauri, village of Akhalsopeli, project for a two-story individual residential house. The project has decided on the existing land plot with cadastral code: (22.28.03.419) to construct two buildings-complexes A and B blocks. Block A includes the project of a two-story individual residential house, while block B is a separate standing parking lot. On the underground level of block A, there are: a boiler room, a rest room, a sauna, a sports room, a laundry room, a technical room, a utility room, a kitchen room, and a wet point. On the first floor, there are: a reception room, a kitchen room, a dining room, two bedrooms with their own wet points and wardrobes, a common wet point, a dressing room, a boiler room, and a veranda. On the second floor, there are: an anteroom, a boiler room, a cabinet with a loggia, four bedrooms with their own wet points, wardrobes, and a veranda. Block B will have a parking lot.

Description of the main structural system of the project:

The main structural system of blocks A and B represents a reinforced concrete frame structure, the interfloor covering represents a 20 cm thickness of concrete slab. Block A’s roof will have a multi-pitched covering, while block B’s roof will be flat. Block A has one boiler room. The walls of blocks A and B are mainly made of reinforced concrete, while high-quality construction blocks are used as fillers.
