The territory is bordered on the south by Tbilisi Street, and on the other side, neighboring land plots. The area of ​​the construction area is 730 sq.m. The project area is located in the resort-recreation zone.

Description of the project content:

 The project envisages a 2 (two) storey modern holiday home above the ground level.

 On the ground floor there is a parking lot, a bathroom, storage rooms and a living room.

 The first floor has a corridor, stairwell, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

 On the second floor there is a corridor, a stairwell, bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

 The terrace floor is a flat roof where the stairwell and the summer area are located.

Description of the main structural system of the project:

 The main structural system of the building is a reinforced concrete frame structure, the floor covering is a 20 cm thick concrete slab. The roof is flat, and the building has one stair cell, high-quality building blocks are used to fill the walls.
