Exploitation of the facility after completing the building 

1.           Connection of completed facility to the central communications; Connection to central power supply, water supply and sewerage systems

2.          Issuance of the act of operation of the facility by the Municipal Service of the City Hall and the registration service of the Exploitation Act in the National Agency of Public Registry
