Selection of investment sites for construction

1.1    Selection of investment land plots   for hotel fund, an apartment building, multifunctional facilities, villas, cottages, individual residential houses, holiday homes, swimming pools, production and industrial facilities.

1.2        Drawing an investment land plot on an orthoimage, placing cadastral points on land plots (full geodetic service), determining the distances of cadastral boundaries, making orthoimages using drones and geodetic equipment, determining distances from an investment land plot to the sea and to all public centers.

1.3        Development of cadastral planning and measurement drawings of investment land plots, demarcation/consolidation, land measurement, stakeout - demarcation (finding redlines) and approval in the Municipal Service of the City Hall and registration in the National Agency of Public Registry.

1.4        Photographing investment plots with a drone (aero fixation).

1.5        Access (connection) of investment land plots to public spaces, development and approval of servitudes for internal and external use in the Municipal Service of the City Hall and registration in the National Agency of Public Registry.

1.6        Functional and zonal study of the location of investment land, changing the intended purpose of the land, transferring it from agricultural to non-agricultural purposes.

1.7        Study, determination/identification of the development plan (development parameters of the city) on the investment land plot

1.8        Preparation and registration of the purchase and sale agreement of land plot in the National Agency of Public Registry.
