Hotel Complex “Geuz”

The multi-functional building-complex (hotel complex) consists of two underground levels (parking) and two above-ground high-rise buildings, which are connected by a style bridge. The territory is characterized by a flat relief. To the east, the plot faces Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue, and the land plot is located in the first line from the sea.

The multi-functional building-complex will accommodate underground and above-ground parking, commercial space(s) (which will include entertainment, sports-health, trade, and food facilities), a square, and an international brand hotel.

The total height of the building, including the architectural element, from the project’s 0.00 mark, is 153.26 meters. The building has 47 floors and consists of 1300 hotel rooms.
