Description of the Baratimits Nakeet Location:

The project territory is situated in the municipality of Khelvachauri, in the village of Sarpi, with the administrative code 22.30.02.679. To the south of this territory lies the monastic complex, while the northern part is characterized by agricultural land. The total area of the construction territory is 3065.00 square meters.

The project description outlines various structures on the land, including terraces. The lower level features two-story terrace houses, while the upper level consists of nine single-family homes. The lower ground also includes parking spaces, a swimming pool, and utility rooms.

On the first level, there are refectories, a chapel, a dining room, a kitchen, and residential rooms. The second level includes refectories and residential rooms with their own balconies.

The terrace level represents a retaining wall where the upper part contains the chapel and the bell tower.

The maximum elevation of the site, from the reference point (+0.00), reaches +8.90 meters.

The main structural system of the building consists of reinforced concrete columns, and the intermediate floor structure is made of 20 cm thick concrete slabs.
