“Green Towers” Multifunctional Object
The “Green Towers” multifunctional object is a multifunctional building-complex (hotel complex) that consists of two underground levels (parking) and two high-rise buildings above ground, which are connected by a style bridge. The territory is characterized by a flat relief. To the east, the plot faces Pirosmani Street, and the land plot is located in the first line from the sea.
The multifunctional building-complex will house underground and above-ground parking, commercial spaces (which will include entertainment, sports-health, trade, and food facilities, swimming pools) a square, and an international brand hotel.
