The project area is located in a low intensity residential area.

 The project envisages a 2 (two) storey modern holiday home above the ground level.

 On the ground floor there is a parking lot for 4 cars, a bathroom, a pantry, a sports room and a technical room.

 On the first floor there is a corridor, a stairwell, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room.

 On the second floor there is a corridor, a stairwell, bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

 The terrace floor is a flat roof where the stairwell and the summer area are located.

 The maximum height of the building from the +0.00 mark is up to 8.95 m.

Description of the main structural system of the project:

 The main structural system of the building is a reinforced concrete frame structure, the floor covering is a 20 cm thick concrete slab. The roof is flat, and the building has one stair cell. High-quality building blocks are used to fill the walls.
