The project has decided on the existing land plot with cadastral code: (05.34.22.516) to construct a 3-story residential house. On the first floor, there are a garage, boiler room, parking, wet points, kitchen, and reception room. On the second floor, there are a garage, boiler room, reception room, bedrooms with their own wet points. On the third floor, there are a garage, boiler room, reception room, dining-kitchen, bedroom with its own wet point and wardrobe. The terrace floor represents a flat covering where there is a boiler room and a summer area.

Description of the main structural system of the project:

The main structural system of the building represents a reinforced concrete frame structure, the interfloor covering represents a 20 cm thickness of concrete slab. The roof is a flat covering, while the building has one boiler room, the walls are mainly made of reinforced concrete, while high-quality fillers are used.
